WSCC Resources for Schools

Posted on August 23, 2021October 6, 2021 by Helene Marcy

CSCH is pleased to announce its NEW Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child Model (WSCC) resources for schools.

The WellSAT WSCC school policy evaluation tool is now online! Developed with the UConn Rudd Center for Food Policy and Obesity, it expands the original WellSAT to offer a tool that incorporates all the domains of the Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) model and is designed to assist users in applying a comprehensive and integrated lens to school policy evaluation. Visit https://wellsatsuite.chip.uconn.edu or read our CSCH brief on the tool.

Our WSCC practice briefs have been updated. Each evidence-based brief focuses on one component of the WSCC model and outlines strategies that those working in schools can use to promote implementation of the model in their own setting.

Our Back-to-School Resources crosswalk that aligns back to school guidance with the components of WSCC model has also just been updated. Take a look to see which resources match your needs.
